Sigma Phi Epsilon was founded in 1901 at the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA. Formed around the principles of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love, the founding fathers of SigEp sought to create a fraternity different from the others. With over 300,000 lifetime members, Sigma Phi Epsilon is the largest fraternity in the United States today.
