Balanced Man Program
In the early 1990s, Sigma Phi Epsilon began looking for another way to continue living up to our Founding Fathers' idea of making this fraternity different. It is with this thought in mind that the Balanced Man Program (BMP) was created. The implementation of this program in 1991 allowed SigEp to completely eliminate pledging from its chapters. The BMP is the only program of its kind in the Greek community. It allows for our brothers to undergo continual development throughout their undergraduate career. The program focuses on scholarship, leadership and life skills that complement the university’s classroom curriculum. It is with the use of the BMP that allows our brothers to have the best college experience possible.
